About Us at Fatty Liver Disease

I set up the site because I was diagnosed with non alcoholic fatty liver disease and I wanted to log down everything that I went through in order to try and help others.

I got myself back on track by changing my diet and by doing regular exercise; I have listed everything that I have done on this site.

All the information is free of charge and I hope that it helps at least one person with the disease to get themselves sorted out.

I have listed what caused my fatty liver disease and also what symptoms I was suffering from and what I did to reverse it.

I have also logged down throughout the site some other great reference sites that you might find useful.

Just remember that having non alcoholic fatty liver disease is nothing to worry about if you are prepared to do something about it, if you don't then you could have more serious problems to deal with later on in life.

Just make small changes to your life to start off with and bit by bit they will all come together and you will have changed your whole lifestyle for the better, if you try to do too much all at once then you are in danger or quitting.
